Dr. V. Uma Maheswara Rao, the Principal and Professor at CMR College of Pharmacy, received his Ph. D. from UCPSc, Kakatiya University in 2007, his M. Pharmacy (Pharmacognosy) from Andhra University in 1997, and his B. Pharm from Gulbarga University in 1995. He has about 16 years of administrative experience as a principal and 4 years as a director. He is a member of Board of Studies and Research Review Committee in JNTU and has supervised 30 M. Pharm projects and 2 Ph. D.s that have been awarded. He published 88 research articles. He is an APTI and IPA life member.
